To maintain a high-quality experience and prevent spam, we require members to provide and verify a valid email address and to regularly engage with Reward Points system. Accounts that are inactive may have limited email notifications from participating businesses and could be subject to removal.

Intellectual Property - All content provided through the Services, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of their respective owners or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No copyright infringement is intended.

Privacy - Your use of the Services is also governed by Reward Points’ Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

Changes - Reward Points and its participating businesses have the right to change, modify and update any information found on their pages at any time without notice.

Deny of Service - Reward Points and its participating businesses have the right to deny service to anyone at anytime without notice.

Dispute Resolution - Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, as specified in the Terms.

Limitation of Liability - Reward Points is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Indemnification - You agree to indemnify and hold Reward Points harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination - Reward Points reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that Reward Points believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

Governing Law - These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Reward Points is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
